Since forming in 2005, the XO Communications Cycling Team presented by Cisco Systems has sought to be the best elite cycling team in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Though we’re out there training hard and racing to win races, our mission is more than just team and individual victories:

To build on the team’s history of success and reputation while expanding the team brand;

To develop a new generation of the region’s best riders by establishing a development program;

To provide a public and positive return for the team’s sponsors through racing and leadership in the cycling community;

To foster and maintain the friendships, Sponsors, and connections to the cycling community that are at the core of our success

XO Communications Cycling Team Goals

To field a competitive Domestic Elite squad in 16 national-caliber events (NRC/USA CRITS/UCI) and key regional (MABRA) events

To repeat for the fourth year our position as the most successful regional Elite cycling team, including the team’s streak of winning the region’s Best All Around Rider (BAR) points competition three years in a row.
